Shipping Charges (Republic of Ireland)

We offer a flat rate for delivery of €6.50 per order. This means that, regardless of the size or weight of your order, you will be charged a flat fee for standard shipping within our service area.

We are pleased to offer free shipping on orders over €60. If your order total exceeds €60, standard shipping will be provided at no extra cost.
Shipping Methods & Timelines (Republic of Ireland)
Standard Shipping:
We partner with An Post for our standard shipping services, which typically offer next working day delivery for most locations within our service area.
Click & Collect:
For customers who prefer to pick up their orders in person, we offer a Click & Collect option. You can select this during the checkout process.
International Shipping
We are delighted to offer international shipping to selected countries, including the UK, EU, and other destinations.

International orders are dispatched from Ireland and sent via trusted delivery partners.

Delivery times vary by destination and may be subject to local delays or customs clearance.

Returns are not accepted for international orders. Please choose your items carefully.

We are not responsible for customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may be charged in your country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and may be payable before delivery.

We are not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged parcels once they leave Ireland. All international shipments are sent with tracking, and we recommend monitoring your parcel’s journey closely.
Peak Times
During peak periods (such as November and December), please allow extra time for order picking, dispatch, and delivery. These seasonal surges can affect both our internal processing time and courier delivery schedules.
If your order is time-sensitive (for example, needed for a birthday rather than Christmas), please include a note at checkout and/or email us at hello@toycorner.ie. We’ll do our best to prioritise and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
Packaging Sustainability
At Toy Corner, we are committed to environmental sustainability. We proudly use fully recycled packaging for all of our shipments. This reflects our dedication to minimising our environmental impact and contributing to a greener future.
Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically processed and dispatched on the same or next working day, with a cut-off time of mid-day for same-day dispatch.

Orders placed after the cut-off will be dispatched the next working day.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for parcels shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer.
Issues with Delivery (Domestic Orders)
In the rare event that your domestic order is damaged during shipping or not delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@toycorner.ie within one week of receiving your shipping confirmation. We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.
Note: For international orders, Toy Corner is not responsible for loss or damage during transit.
Important Information for UK Customers – Import Charges
When ordering from Toy Corner, please be aware that all shipments to the United Kingdom are sent under Delivered At Place (DAP) terms.
This means:

You may be be responsible for paying any import VAT, customs duties, and handling fees charged by UK customs or courier services when your order arrives.

These fees are not included in the price you pay at checkout and are separate from our shipping charges.

Customs procedures and fees vary depending on the order value and product type, so please check with your local customs office if you need more information.

Click & Collect Policy
If you choose the Click & Collect option:

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is ready for pick-up.

You can collect during opening hours once you receive the “Pick-Up Ready” email.

Please bring a copy of your order confirmation.

Orders not collected within 14 days may be restocked, and a refund issued upon request.

Click & Collect is free.
