Returns & Refunds Policy

At Toy Corner, we want your shopping experience to be enjoyable and worry-free. If you're not satisfied with a purchase, please contact us by email at hello@toycorner.ie with a description of the issue and your purchase information (e.g. online order number or date of in-store purchase).


Faulty or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that a product is faulty or damaged, you may return it in accordance with your statutory rights.

To return a faulty item:

  • You may use An Post’s Click & Post, Fastway’s Parcel Connect, or any courier service that suits you.

  • The cost of return is initially borne by the customer.

  • Once the item is inspected and confirmed as faulty, we will issue a suitable remedy — replacement, repair, or refund — including reimbursement of reasonable return shipping costs.

This applies to both domestic and international orders.


Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible at hello@toycorner.ie.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to check the contents of your package upon arrival.

  • We will correct any errors promptly once notified.


Website Errors

We strive to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information at all times. However, errors in product descriptions, availability, or pricing may occur. Any such errors are unintentional.

If goods are incorrectly priced or described, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full. We are not obliged to honour prices listed in error.


Cooling-Off Period — Republic of Ireland & EU Only

If you change your mind about an online purchase, Irish and EU customers have a statutory right to a 14-day cooling-off period.

  • You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item(s) by emailing hello@toycorner.ie.

  • You then have another 14 days to return the item(s) to:

Toy Corner, An Fuarán, Ballyquirke West, Moycullen, Galway, H91 NTN2

  • The cost of return is borne by the customer.

  • Returned goods must be in new, unused, and saleable condition, including original packaging and proof of purchase.

Note: Delivery charges are non-refundable. This cooling-off policy applies only to domestic and EU orders.


🚫 International Orders (Outside Ireland & EU)

Please note that we do not accept returns or “change of mind” cancellations for international orders (UK, non-EU countries).

However, if an item is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue in line with your consumer rights.

Toy Corner is not liable for customs duties, taxes, or return shipping costs on international returns.


Refunds

  • Online refunds for faulty items may take up to 2 working days to be processed after we receive and inspect the item.

  • Refunds to your card may take up to 5 working days to appear in your account.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
