Faulty or damaged items
In the unlikely event that a product is faulty or damaged you may return it in accordance with your statutory rights.
To return your item to us, you can use Fastway Courier’s Parcel Connect service, or An Post’s Click and Post Service, or another courier service that best suits you.
The cost of return is borne by the customer, until the item is inspected by us and confirmed as faulty. Once confirmed as faulty, we will issue a suitable form of redress (replacement/repair/refund) for both the faulty item and the return delivery cost.
Unwanted items
Items purchased in-store should be returned in-store.
Items purchased online can be returned in-store or by delivery to Toy Corner, An Fuarán, Ballyquirke West, Moycullen, Galway, H91 NTN2.

The cost of return is borne by the customer.
In all cases, items should be accompanied by proof of purchase (online order confirmation / original till receipt / gift receipt) and should be within 28 days of purchase.
Incorrect items
Upon delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to check the contents of their packages and inform us of any discrepancies at the earliest opportunity. You can email this information to hello@toycorner.ie. We have made every effort to display the products featured as accurately as possible. However, the colours we use, as well as the display and colour capabilities of the equipment you use to view our website, may affect the colours you actually see on the screen.
Website errors
We endeavour to present the most recent, most accurate and most reliable information at all times. However, there may be occasions when some of the information featured may contain incomplete data, typographical errors or other inaccuracies. We try to ensure that all pricing is accurate but occasionally an error may occur and goods may be incorrectly priced. Any errors are wholly unintentional and we apologise if erroneous information is reflected in the price or availability.
We will not be obliged to supply goods if they have been displayed in error at the incorrect price.
Refunds
Online refunds may take up to 2 working days to be processed following receipt of faulty goods to allow for inspection time.
Online refunds and refunds to your card may take up to 5 working days to appear in your account.
Cooling off period
In-Store Purchase
If you change your mind about all or part of an in-store transaction, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return the goods in-store for refund, exchange or store credit of equivalent value.
Online Purchase
If you change your mind about all or part of an online transaction, you have 14 days from receipt of goods to notify us of your wish to return the items by email to hello@toycorner.ie. Following notification, you have a further 14 days for us to receive the goods to Toy Corner, An Fuarán, Ballyquirke West, Moycullen, Galway, H91 NTN2.
The cost of return is borne by the customer.
We will refund the original purchase price and delivery charge provided that the goods are returned to us in their original condition. Where the returned/cancelled item forms part of a larger order all of which is not being returned, the original delivery charge will continue to apply.
All Change Of Mind returns must be in new and saleable condition, accompanied with proof of purchase (sales receipt) and original packaging.
